    Oh I've always known it Wasn't going to be easy. This isn't a quick fix for me. I've been dieting just to get to where I'm at now. But i just i have ti change it up to get my body back to losing.

    I have only till the 12th to lose 10lbs before my surgery so I'm starting my self on a liquid diet. My Dr said 1week before surgery but I'm hope a few more days wont hurt. What are you all doing for liquid diets???

    I'm on week 5 of the options program ...I'm excited to finish the class and start my new life!!! I'm stressing about the 10% that I have to lose. Tracking is as bad as I thought it will be!! Good luck to you all!

    Yes our instructor makes it seem like its mandatory but I know its not. But I don't want any thing to hold me back or delay my surgery. wow September 14 is just around the corner!! 15lbs is great! I'm only down 5 so far!
