This is a picture of me today, July 7th, 2011. 8 months post lapband holding my size 24 jeans that I wore last year before surgery. This is my new fridge picture. A good reminder of why I had surgery and why every struggle, every mile stone should be celebrated. I still feel fat some days but when I look at this I realize how far I have come and it is truely motivating to continue my journey.

During weightloss, people start starring at u. Everywhere u go, all eyes are on u as people become shocked to the drastic changes. In the beginning, this was very difficult for me as my body fat use to protect me from all eyes. I started to feel vulnerable during my weight loss phase...EXTREMLY uncomfortable with stares and comments...But now, I got the hang of it! Give them a warm smile, give them a sexy turn, give them a fierce walk & most importantly, give them real hope...Can't blame me for my cat walk lmao

This weekend I decided I need to change my looks. I had my hair cut in a short pixie.

This is me standing in my size 24 cropped draw string jeans today. I am 5 lbs from my goal of 132 lbs. I currently wear a size 4 in skirts, slacks and jeans and a size 6 in dresses.

Hubby deciding to take an early morning photo, excuse the no hair comb! This is me today 23 months post op and at goal. I am 4 lbs from ideal body weight but I am satisfied and just trying to tone and maintain the new found me. I have lost a person in my journey. I am 115 lbs downs, That is what my daughter weighs today, so I figure I have given birth for the third time now.
