I absolutely LOVE the Premier 'ready to drink' shakes. chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and banana. I take one shake, a few TB of coffee crystals, and a pump or 2 of Torani sugar free syrup... and it's like a sinfully caloric Coffee drink, except it's not! #proteincoffee #proteinicedcoffee Favorite recipe RN is Banana shake, salted caramel syrup, Greek Nescafe crystals. Mix it up and toss in the freezer... -

10 Feb surgery date. 6 mos supervised diet/visits - completed Dec however had mass complications with a hysterectomy so had to wait a bit to be medically cleared. HELLA PUMPED! -
