Which is also my birthday so I feel the pain of those missing the holidays and birthdays as well. My doc does not require a liquid pre op diet but I think I am going to try it for a week to get a taste of some of the various shakes, etc that are available. As the month grows closer I get more and more nervous -

I am scheduled for 11/22 which is also my birthday (how ironic) and my confidence is high one day and at an all time low the next. Looking for someone who has been there and can help me make it through this process. I am a newly married 41 year old woman with a wonderful 12 year old son. I grew up in NY and live in NC.
