Yes, well after so major prayer and thinking I realized what it is. My whole system is shaken. I am use to it being just me around the house. So I don't worry about feeding other people and I can eat the smallest amount. Once the weekend come I can get back on schedule.

Is there anyone out there that can eat a burger without it getting stuck? I am having a difficult time not being able to eat a burger. I know we should not eat like this, but just one will not kill you. Am I trying to eat it too fast or should I just leave it alone all the way. The bread just gets stuck.

One more thing, what will happen if you don't do it? HMMMMMM?

I got the band on 10/29/10, I have lost a total of 92lbs. It was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. The thing is that you have to take a chance. My friend downed the surgery ever chance she got, I choose not to tell her, once I told her she was upset, but so what. I was in a deep dark depression and just breathing, not living. I say this to you because I want to kick my own a** for not doing it sooner instead of listening to my friend. LiVE YOU OWN LIFE ACCORDING TO WHAT YOU FEEL IS BEST FOR YOU. None of those so called friends put in on the plus size clothes that you have to buy, nor do they put food on your table, nor do they have feel the way you feel when you see yourself in the mirror. You may throw up, some may gain their weight back, but it doesn't have to be you. I would rather throw up a few times than to remain in the state that I was in. God Bless. Do it!

I only told my family and close friends and the school nurse at work. That was all who needed to know in my world. No I didn't tell my best friend because even though she is my friend she has hater tendency. I choose not to tell them because people watch you and stare at you when they know. They watch what you are eating and how much your eating. Weight loss is hard enough on its on, you don't need extra issue going on. I would tell my closest family and girlfriend if I were you. You don't want to loss her think about it she has been with you through thick and pretty soon thin. You are blessed to be iin a realationship with someone who loves you for who you are.

Well,my last appointment I got an unfill, now I have little to no restriction. My head hunger is big right now. I think my mind is saying eat everything you can before you get the fill. I have been working out really strong so I don't feel so bad about eating, but dang. I ate a burger with both pieces of bread and fries! I have not been able to eat a full bread sandwich since fill #3. Has anybody ever went through this? Did you damage anything? I know binging is bad, but once in a while could I have damaged anything?

Oh, at least all the binging has made me get out and hexercise more. I haven't been able to eat a burger with fries in over a year, that is my favorite food, they call me Whimpy, and when it was in front of me I wanted to eat all of it, I was greedy for over 10 years, I have been banded a little over a year. I have gone from a size 22 to a size 12. Thank u Jesus.

Ok, guys someone wanted to know why I got an unfill, Why would I get an unfill is simple, I had too much in my band with the last fill. They may have taken too much out. I did realize where I was making the mistake, I was drinking with my meals, the fluid was pushing food down so I could eat more. Thanks guys who gave me advice, but I think we got a little carried away with the cost of surgeries and a 3500 calorie burger, lol. Thank njmomma letting me knw how you are feeling it is good to know that someone else is human and able to admit issues that we have with food. If we didn't have issues with food we wouldn't opted to get our bodies cut open a put under. Have a great week guys. God Bless.

Your not failing, your body wants what it wants at times. Don't deny yourself certain things. Take a small serving, drink a full glass of water before every meal, increase your water intake, stop eating after 20mins. There was a month were I only lost 3lbs. The truth is as long as it didn't go up we are on the right track. It will get better. Take advantage of spring, pop your headphones on and walk you but off. God Bless.

I resently got an unfill and I feel like they took too much out, but when I didn't have the fill I was eating a lot as well. I am thinking about getting diet pills too. I have 30 pounds to go and right now I keep ticking with 200-195lbs. My advice is to take them if you can get them.

I recently had to get an unfill because I could hardly get any solids down. Now, I feel like I have no restriction what so ever. I am so scared of gaining weight back. Is this a phase that my band may be going through? She only took out 2cc, what she put in at the time of my fill. Has anyone ever gone through this and if so what were some things you did to help mentally and physically. This is not easy it is a mental challenge more than anything. I get depressed every time I have a meal. Someone please reply back.

Ok, I was taking one a day vitimans. but I got a fill on January 24th and it has been hell trying to keep them down. The yesterday I decided to try and take one like a dumb dumb because i had food on my stomach and it caused major issues.For starters it upset my stomache and now I can not keep anything down now. Everything just keeps getting stuck. Did that one damn pill screw up my pouch? Should I do straight liquids or should I call the doctor. Everything was fine until yesterday and that damn vitiman. Has this ever happened to anyone before and what did you have to do to take care of the issue?

Thanks guys great news today I was able to keep my soup down. You were right my stomach was swallon. I will continue liqiuds at least until tomorrow.
