I was just banded last week on the 14th. I kept thinking, maybe I could still lose the weight without this great tool. I just had to look back over the last 13 years to realize I couldn't and this was going to be a great thing. I am still getting used to some of the aches and pains, but I had surgery on a Friday and was back at work on Tuesday. Stay strong and remember the reasons why it will be so worth it! Do I love it - not yet. Will it be the best investment in my health and wellness - you bet! Good Luck Sandy -
12 days post-op and I'm down 31lbs, still have shoulder pain

I was just banded on the 14th and I had back pain, but not in my shoulders. My relief - a heating pad, that thing worked wonders. Sandy -
Had surgery on Friday the 14th. The first couple of days were not so pleasant, but doing better today.

HI, I drink the one from costco. They have 30 grams of Protein and 5 carbs. They do only have chocolate and vanilla but they are great. They are the Costco brand. I think they are tasty. Sandy
