My name is Sylvia I am 44 years old.  I am a Nurse in Westchester county.  I am having lap band surgery because I have been unable to stick to a diet.  I feel like I never feel full. I have been suffering with depression for a while now. Which I attribute to my weight. I Don't feel good about the way I look and I don't feel like socializing any more.  I have been diagnosed with Hypertension and High cholesterol.  I also know that I am having Gallbladder issues.  I am really hoping that losing weight will help me to feel better about myself and to be healthier..
