hi. Congrats on your loss. It sounds like you are doing every thing right... I would suggest you track your calories and stop eating when you reach your daily limit. Mine was 1000 calories a day... Every day for 22 months. Some weeks I lost nothing. Some I lost 8 lbs. it's funny like that. But had i not tracked my calories I am sure I wouldn't have been as successful. I am not saying you need to eat 1000 calories... But your dr should have given you a calorie count that works for you.... And will be a life saver especially when you need a fill. Best of luck!

Since getting to my goal weight I found I like to shop!! Ok maybe I love to shop because EVERYTHING fits!! I also don't mind being photographed. I don't mind telling my weight or age for that matter. I like that I can sit in the middle seat of a car, plane or restaurant booth all of which I wouldn't have attempted before. I love knowing I am not the heaviest girl in the room. I love dressing up just to run errands. I now like not craving dessert or bread. I actually now like lawn work, putting on a bathing suit and parking far away from the door. This lust is endless. For the first time I feel my body matches my mindset!

maybe the temp change is just ironically timed with needing a small fill

couldn't have said it any better .. Same reason there are 9635 shades of nail polish... Different strokes for different folks

hi ! Wow you have come a long way! Congrats on all the positives in your life. 90 lbs is a lot of weight to lose... I sure your new hips will appreciate it.

my bariatric dr was willing to assist my plastic surgeon and install a low profile port and I didn't take him up on it because it would have been an additional $1500.... There are times when I wish I would have done it but I was nervous that I would have more complications. Which is most likely silly thinking

I have been trying to think of how I rewarded myself and I don't think I did until I hit my goal and found out I really do like to shop !! All those years I wasted lol Mis that ring sounds lovely!

I wish my feet shrunk 4 sizes but the didn't. The width is smaller but I still wear a size 10 wide. Some 10b's fit and I can get into some 9.5 but not all. I just don't need a 10www any more so that's a good thing.

if you think that way the band is not a good choice for you. Thankfully we all have choices... I chose to eat small bites which are bigger the the size of grain and be a size 4/6... some others might choose to lose weight without help and that's great... I couldn't do that... I tried for years and years so the band was a perfect option for me and I'm willing to accept whatever sacrifice is necessary. 3 years out and I don't regret my decision and live a normal existence

my Breast lift and augmentation as well as the tummy tuck was about 13k last December. I paid for it with interest free for 6 months care credit and cash.

thanks Bandista for the kind words. I am trying to get used to the new me but I tell you after being fat for so long it's hard to wrap your head around thin.... But believe me all the sacrifice is worth it!!

3 years ago next week I started this journey... I have no idea where the time went but I had the surgery, Paid my dues for 22 months and reached my goal last December! The last ten months have been easier then I expected as my band is my governor! It doesn't allow me to over eat. I still do my part .. Eat small Portions, Drink Water, mentally track my calories, weigh myself daily and if I go up 3 lbs I get strict and lose it in a few days. With my help The band has changed my life! I am a thin person for the first time in my adult life!

it's wonderful to see you I wondered about you to actually as well as so many others. So I wandered back to this site! You look amazing I am so proud of your success! Life got in the way… for the past few months And I just never found the time to sit down and post but I found u really missed you and a handful of others so thought I would try to get back in the habit again.
