I am almost 60 year old and I have lost over 50 lbs. I feel great about that. I still am learning what to eat. Ritz Crackers was the worst stuck feeling for me. I laid in bed with a bowl under me just drooling because I could not put anymore spit in my stomach. Sorry I am saying it in detail. Finally some white stuff came up while standing at the stink and I felt great again.
