My name is Alma, i am 22 years old and on Jan 19 i decided I was done wasting my life on the couch and wanted to change whose i was for only one person ME. I started at the weight of 280, went to see my doctor and he told me cause of my insurance that i need to have a 7month diet with him, as time approached for that 7th month i weighted in at 230, loosing 50pounds before surgery, my surgery was set for Aug 20th 2010, my pre-op was 2weeks which i lost 10 pounds, i was on a full liquid diet. with a grand total of 60 pounds before surgery, in two months after surgery i lost 207 more pounds and now i am on my way to my goal of 130pounds...I am very excited for my choice and i would never take back anything...Just move forward and live the life I was planed to live.
