Hi everyone!
Just a question. I am 3 months post op lap band and have really started to kick up my workout routine. I've done mainly walking up until recently but have started "boot camps" and more cardio type workouts in moderation. Anyways, no matter the level of my workout, I have noticed that I dont sweat near as much as I did before - just barely. My face turns more red than I sweat. Is anyone else experiencing this and is it normal?
