it's been 9 mths and 3 fills i only lost 36lbs but i don't exercise that much. i very happy to have lost the weight and i am 60 plus years. we can do it!

it's been 9mths and i have lost 36lbs.i know it's slow but i really didn't exercise till 2 weeks ago...what i'm trying to say is you will drop the weight it takes time...but you will.
