So how are you all doing now? I have been gone from the forum for awhile. Just getting busy with life stuff. But this thread is speaking to me. I had surgery Feb. 11, 2011 and I feel like I am eating too much. Ok not toomuch but really the same foods before surgery just smaller portions. Yesterday I ate a whole Snickers bar. Really? Yes, really a whole Snickers bar. I need to get my head back in the game. I seriously can justify just about anything in my head. I keep telling myself that "I'm not gaining so don't beat yourself up" but seriously I'm not losing either. I have been between 169 and 172 for at least 2 months now. Lost 50 altogether so far but seriously none of that in the lat 2 months actually 3 months. Ugh!! Now I am rambling. Sorry had to vent.

Hi, 40 yrs old never been married 2 kids. A 14 year old biy and 20 year old daughter. My daughter is actually recovering from VSG right now. She is 2 days post op today and I am so excited that she gets to spend the rest of her life healthy and thin.

I went to dr.kelly. Trish will let him know where to go and if time permits take him places. Make sure you bring snacks the hospital only has vegan food for guests. -
Hey i seen your post on ambers wall about taking your daughter to see dr.kelly around the same time as me, my mom is also coming with me that had her surgery about 7 weeks ago. so she isnt too far behind your surgery so hopefully we will see yall there that would be awesome to have someone else young to be there getting the surgery also
