Hi Avila1979, I have had the very same problems you have had the same X-rays etc. I got banded in 2010 have lost and went without the any fluid due to issues and back and forth to the Dr., on the 2nd I went to see my Dr to get a fill 2cc had to go back Friday due to vomiting, hiccups and burping he took 1/2 out so far ok now. But I am so afraid of picking up the weight I had started to do so. Now I walk and exercise but still need the help. -
KateP and how was that? I may need that. This feels awful not being able to drink anything or hold it down worse feeling ever

Thank you both for the response, I am at the Dr. now. I had only 2cc put in so this very confusing to me, due to my throwing up as well better get to the Dr.

Hi everyone I got my lapband in Oct 24th 2011, I have had three fills the last one on the 11th of May. I have been filling really full, and with the hiccups. Is this normal, last night I just continued burping with some fluids also having a hard time with water. I only got 1cc fill I have lost 35 pounds, but due to a knee replacement have not been able to really work out. knee is much better now so I have started to work out on treadmill water and weights. Could someone please answer this for me, I will call my doctor did't want to be a pain. thanks.....

That did happen to me and I lost seven pounds due to the fact I could not eat or drink anything, I have since got another fill and it was not as bad as that one but I did have some problems I did work thru this one with less you may need less of a fill for awhile as I do, and maybe as time goes on you can get more. Now at this time I am dealing with less it seems to be working I am also losing so I will try this at the time I hope it works for you. Verna

My fils have been or were giving me a problem as yours mine was too tight as I stated before and I could not sleep with the fulid just coming up or felling like I was choking at night as I tried to sleep. I now sleep with my head raised on my pillow, what products do you use? My weight has come off very slow as well so just take one day at a time as I am doing and we will get there....

At last weigh in I was at 207, I started at 247 (2010) had a total knee and lost weight now I am at 207. When I had the tummy tuck I was 218, I went from a size 22 to a 16 with the lapband, and the 16 was fitting nice, but stomach was starting to hang lower with the weight lost even with the body wraps I was putting on. Also wearing them in the summer was HOT........My weight loss has been very slow, compared to the others I see on here, but I also had a lot of medical issues that prevented me from working out now my 16 are real lose due to the stomach being gone. Now, I am in full swing I can walk good knee, no stomach hurting my back I could not even ride a bike sitting down with my stomach with it hanging low. I will be putting the pictures up soon, just learning how to do it, and hoping they wont gross anyone out. I don't care how long it takes now I really feel good about myself, and I work out walking and Zumba (60 and over) three times a week. I just need to stop craving the sweets and the tummy tuck was not bad my knee was worse I could deal with the stomach pain just bent over, and the pumps in my theighs hurt.

Thanks for the response, I have tried the control panty and whole body suit but It was starting to not hold me in. The more I lost the more it hung down, if it was not hanging I would not have minded. It was also making me go into a larger size of pants to fit my stomach, do be carful with that storm that all we are hearing about here is the storm and how you'll are preparing for it do be safe. Yes, the best of wishes for us Verna
