I have a feeling she is going to ignore the whole situation unless this girl makes some huge mistake. For an attorney, she is not very smart. She had twins at the age of 50, so I know she is crazy!

I get full on a small amount of food and I feel so full that eating does not sound appealing to me. Sometimes at dinner, I am not hungry and nothing sounds good. I eat something high in Protein because I know I need the protein. The night time munchies are bad but I have started eating Fiber one Bars. I have an issue with not enough fiber and these have like 33% of our daily needs. The are 140 calories where as the sugar free fudgesicles are only 40 calories. I don't feel as satisfied on one of those though. I haven't gained any weight on the extra 100 calories. Head hunger to me is nowhere near as bad as physical stomach growling hunger that I used to get. I would get so hungry that I felt physically sick.

Why did you lose your band?

Stay away from noodles rice and pasta. All they will do is make you more hungry. You need mushie protein. cottage cheese, eggs, tuna salad, etc.

You know, I have thought about that. My daughter has a voice activated recorder that she used in college. I bet my boss would be pissed off if I did that though. I don't care. I am to the point now where I am going to say what I think whether or not I get fired.

The nutritionist spoke at our support group last night. He said people should not be so worried about calories. He said that if you concentrate on the right protein, the calories will be just right. Doesn't make sense to me, as some proteins are high calorie. He mostly emphasized staying away from white carbs, potatoes, white bread, noodles and rice. He said they cause our blood sugar to spike which causes hunger and binging on bad foods. Glad to see all the new bandsters. It's so much fun watching the lbs melt away!

BBK_You go girl! As for my boss, remember I said she was cheap. She would never pay for drug testing. She will probably not even believe us when we tell her this girl talks about drugs all the time. For some reason, she thinks this girl walks on water. boohoo I used to be her favorite.

cottage cheese. I used to hate cottage cheese. I found out it's not too bad if you mix it with yogurt. Also some people like it with spaghetti sauce on it. egg salad. mix with mayo and a tiny bit of mustard. That is all I can think of at the moment!

It's already in rants and raves. If people would just stop posting on this thread, it would just go away. I know that the thoughts won't go away, but it does no good to fight on this board.

I see the urologist on Thurs. I am pretty sure I have another infection. This is so freaking ridiculous it's not even funny. I dare the urologist to say "well just stop having sex." I am making up for lost time!

I am probably going to get fired tomorrow. I have decided to confront the boss on how she thinks this little druggie can do no wrong. She needs to know the truth about this person, whether it costs me my job or not.

I like that. oral gratification. That is a good term. Chrisann, I would have a talk with him. Men suck at discussing feelings. They think if you just don't talk about it, it will go away. You should tell him whatever is on your mind whether he wants to hear it or not.

(((BBK))) I am so sorry Brandy. I wish there was something I could do to help! Susan, I am glad you got your job back. I can't even imagine anyone accusing you of that. It sounds like the rest of the place has your back though.

I work for an attorney. She is really cheap. She never hires anyone with experience in the law field. That was good for me, since I have a lot of office experience, but none in the law field. It's getting to the point that I am going to have to say something. She talks about drugs, her drug classes that she has to take because she was arrested for drugs, her bf's record, bla bla blaa. Of course, none of this is in front of the boss. I hate to come across as a tattle tail but it drives me nuts how the boss thinks she has found someone wonderful. Plus I hate talking to her wtih her head bobbing around.

Why are guys so weird. My last bf before the guy I am with now needed viagra. Yet, my son saw him renting X rated movies, after we broke up. Obviously, he didn't need it if he was watching porn and pleasuring himself. It made me wonder how often he did that while we were together and if that was the reason he needed viagra. Maybe he could only get it up once a day. Have you decided what to do? Will he go to marriage counseling?

I am not at this point having my band removed. If I were to have trouble, I would get a sleeve. There are a lot of people having trouble with reflux or all of a sudden, they have no restriction and can't find restriction again. These are signs of problems with the band. Thank goodness, I don't have these problems.

Okay, so do you find this stuff over by the crystal light packets that you can put in water? thanks for posting that!
