I got something like a magic bullet but it's the Walmart brand for Christmas. I don't know how loud the magic bullet is. This one is kind of loud, but it's only on for less than 30 seconds.

Someone said there are nerves in the anus, but I didn't think these nerves were orgasm producing type nerves the way the clitoris is. I understand perfectly how to achieve an orgasm from oral sex. That of course, makes perfect sense. I know there are vaginal orgasms which are also called G spot orgasms, but again, that's in the vagina not the anus.

I agree that some of the SF stuff has just as many calories as the full sugar ones. That is definitely true of the sf chocolates I buy once in awhile. Plus I have read over and over our brain does not know it's sugar free and it just keeps the cravings for sweets going. I am pretty disiplined though and have started eating hershey's kisses. I can eat one hersheys kiss and put the rest away in my hiding place-out of sight out of mind. I think I would rather have real sugar than fake. I have problems with my liver and my liver specialist told me that any fake sugar, even splenda, is not good for the liver. The liver is what filters everything out of our bodies. It's like having a UTI permanently. That's what it feels like. But when you go have a test taken, you don't have a UTI. There is no cure, but they say if you stay away from tomatoes, and citrus fruits (acidy foods) that helps. The lining of the bladder has been compromised from having so many UTIs.

It looks like you have already started losing weight. The more you lose, the better you will feel. Don't get discouraged if you hit a plateau. Just keep following the rules and the weight will come up and in it's place will be a lot of confidence.

I've never heard of Rob Nevens. Sounds like a great idea to me. The reason I can't get anymore fills is because I was throwing up in my sleep. I didn't have problems in the daytime. I never threw up or got food stuck. My dr. said I could have ruptured my esophagus. It's weird that I didn't feel at all tight in the day time. My doctor feels that since I am at or around goal that I should have learned new eating habits and will not let me have my fill back. I don't want those problems again anyway. It was horrible to wake up from a sound sleep choking.

I am a good one to answer this question. I freely admit that the reason I wanted the band was so I could get a boy friend. I was on several dating sites for a long time with no luck. The guys that I was attracted to were not attracted to me. The guys I met that wanted to explore a possible relationship with me, I had no desire to date. I was tired of sending my picture out and having guys stop writing. When I lost the weight, I met my bf on match.com. He is really into fitness and is a long distance runner. I know we would have never gotten together if I was still so overweight. We would not be able to do the things that we do now and both enjoy because when I was so overweight, I didn't enjoy outdoor activities. Things will change when you lose the weight. Like Kat said, you'll have more confidence and life will be much more enjoyable!

No, I never lost 2 lbs a week. I would go weeks and weeks without losing anything and then suddenly drop 5 lbs in a week. One thing that helped me was a book called the Beck Diet Solution. It's not a diet. It basically tells you to make cards with one thought on each card, with every reason you want to lose weight. Put the cards all over the house, in your purse, in your car, etc. There is more to it than that, but it teaches you motivation when you feel you have none. Getting more fills will help. I remember when I was finally tight enough that I had no desire to eat because I felt stuffed all the time. Those days are long gone.

I have to say I would be a mess without Ambien. It serves me very well. I take it and get in bed. I don't sleep 7-8 hours but it's better than not sleeping at all.I have never sleep walked with it, but apparently it makes me say crazy things in my sleep. Mac, that is horrible. I have heard of women keeping tissues right there with them. My friend said she lets it go on him and has the tissue(s) handy for quick clean up.

You know, as much as I hate to cook and clean up, Jenny Craig might not be a bad idea for me. Other than I am really cheap. A lot of people judge their restriction on whether or not they can eat an entire Lean Cuisine meal. I detest those weight loss over the counter pills that show huge amounts of weight loss and when you look at the bottom of the screen it says "weight loss like this is not typical" It would be great if there really was a magic pill that made it easy.
