Dr Aceves uses a 34 and over sews it down to a 32 -
I wear an A cup now down from a C and believe me I hate it too. I never did have big ones, but I am smaller now that I was in High School. I'm not going to pay for boobs though. I'd rather have a face lift. I've gone bra less most of my life every change I get, and that is one good thing. Now I can go without one even more. I have to wear one to work, but that's about it. Oh yeah, I wear a heavily padded one on dates.

Do you have any idea when you will be able to fix the chat to be more like it was? We had a whole roomful before the changes and the chat room has been completely dead since we got this new VST. I miss chatting with everyone and I am sure everyone else feels the same way. Please keep us updated!

I got a response to the message that I sent to Alex regarding chat. I told him a lot of us miss the old chat room. He said it would be back in about 2 weeks. I am so happy! Chat has pretty much disappeared since we lost the old chat room. I can be patient for 2 more weeks!

when we got this new lay out, there used to be chat at the bottom of the screen There was an option to chat one on one with someone, or enter the chat room. The chat room was not the same as the chat room we had before the new board came along. Now there is not even an option to chat ! Are we getting chat back?

I was talking about the Oh Yeah bars. 15 grams of protein, 7 grams of carbs. they taste like a candy bars. I have to be careful with them

I eat the Premeire from Costco too and the Oh yeah bars. I love the peanut butter chocolate. I'll have to get one and post what it says for fat grams. I know they are 200 calories and 15 grams of protein.

No other doctor say 2 hours after a meal. Some say one hour, some say 45 minutes, and a lot say 30 minutes. I will usually take at least a sip. -
The bullets have a low quality of protein that makes it hard to absorb the protein. They are made from collagen not whey.

In the beginning, your stomach is swollen and putting acid in a new sleeved stomach is not a good idea. After everything is healed, I don't see how it could hurt the stomach, but it will slow down weight loss.

I was one of those people who could drink as fast as I wanted. I had to force myself to go slow when Dr. Aceves said no more than 2 oz every 10 min. I could drink everything they brought me right down if I wanted to. Moving to solid Protein is like night and day. Once I moved to solids, I could barely eat 4 bites. -

Stop being so hard on yourself! You are eating right and you will lose weight! You just barely had surgery. I am sure your gain is only temporary. Our bodies have to get used to their new weight and it fluctuates. I can remember a lot of people who are now at goal thinking this surgery was not going to work for them. -

go to the food section of the forum and look for the thread where you can order samples. There are a lot of places to buy samples to try different things. . the sytrex nectar has a chocolate truffle is good and so is the cherry. I personally don't like the Ungury but I have never tried the unflavored. I used the GNC brand of unflavored and put it in crystal lite and other sf drinks like poweraide zero.

I love the Oh Yeah Peanut butter chocolate bars and the Premeire from Costco. Neither one has sugar alcohol in them. -

you can buy plain chibonis and put in sf syrups .. I like raspberry. You can also just put splenda or stevia in it. I like to mix in a few blueberries (gotta have some Fiber from somewhere) and some stevia. Its way less carbs to buy plain and figure out a way to flavor it. There are a lot of ways. People use sf jam too.

Hi vsg friends! I have a male friend coming to town for a couple of days. I need some movie recommendations. I hate walking around the movie store and reading boxes wondering if it's a good movie or not. Anyone see anything that is not an action movie or a chick flick , something that would seem good whether you're male or female? it doesn't have to be a new release.

You can make Protein hot chocolate out of any Protein powder. Just mix up a scoop of your favorite chocolate protein powder in a little bit of room temp. Water. Wisk is well. Get a coffee mug and make the water very hot. Then wisk together your protein powder water and it's yummy!
