I am not banded yet but hope to be soon. I have made up my mind to do it, just trying to kick some of the self doubt creeping in while I wait for the insurance to approve. My Dr. is Dr. Simpson in Phoenix. I have just completed the initial consultation and have started the paperwork process with the insurance company.
