Hang in there you can get through this. I know if you do what they tell you to you will do well. I am three years and four months out and have lost 116 pounds and feel wonderful. When they ask me at meetings how I did it I just tell them I did exactly what they told me to do. Once you get the sugar out of your system it is not that bad (about three days.
