    I was sleeved sept 10 2012 at 228 I am down 202 n I workout 4 times a week at the gym.I don't get my water in at all n I am bad for snacking I think if I up my water (very hard to do) n cut snacking I might do better....I need a push

    No Band Rant!

    I had my band for 18 months.it was true hell. Couldn't eat out because of the slimming n vomiting. Only slider foods at first would go down then nothing! It was the worst 18 months. I am 12 days post op with the sleeve n just don't know for the life of me why I didn't do this first!!

    I'm from south jersey and I'm having revision surgery tomorrow with dr marc neff at kennedy.I had lap band done by him there 19 months ago n everything was great! 8 hrs and counting

    I am getting this band out n getting sleeved mon sept 10. I can't eat with the band total unfilled and good protein wont go down so I eat a lot of slider foods..so glad I'm doing this! How much wt did u lose so far being sleeved?
  6. I am sept 10 also! I am so hating liquids right now! I work with food today 12 hrs of serving realy good stuff ...I do catering so sometimes the choices arnt that hot...

    I am ending this with 218... thats up 3 lbs.. with the hoiliday i am not complaing.. i was getting a fill on wednesday but they put me in at work and when I told them they said oh sorry cant change it now .... I might just call out ! i do need a fill badly its been 10 weeks last seen at my docs office and my band is totaly unfilled ... thanks larry for doing a great job ! congrats to everyone on your loss !! see you june 1st :wub:

    I sooo understand what your going thru ! i have a very hard time with meat. so i tend to do slider foods because I hate to get sick all of the time. i am not to tight.i went and got a total unfil and still couldnt eat meat. my nut says its all in my head.. i told the skinny 20 year old no i miss my meat ! I have even thought about taking my band out over the winter over it.. I work out 3 times a week and I went back to weight watchers... and i am still stuck at the same weight. I feel its me failing the band. i am taking today to reread all of my paper work from day one and start again. I had my band put in 12/13/10 69 lbs lost forver.....

I stoped being upset with what I wasnt doing and started to enjoy what I am doing goal wt:208 start wt: 218 age:40 food goal: to eat 3 meals and no snacking &.WATER !!! workout goal:keep going to the gym 3 times aweek and try to get an xtra day in there personal goal:not to compair my journey with anyone else. I may be losing slower then others banded at the same time but this is MY journey and I must find my own way !! new life date:12/13/2010 total wl: 69 what I love about spring: Easter !! My Lord has risen from the dead !!!
