    Eating with Baby Spoon??

    I have only used baby spoons and todler froks and plates.... i have a set of (plastic )wear in my purse and I have a set at my house my moms house and my sisters house.... good luck....i had to stay after for 2 nights only because of bp issues and I wished i had my baby spoon with me..they gave me a reg spoon and I ate too big and it hurt like hell my first night in the hospital Amy

    Joan, this morning i was still steaming over the weight gain but because of you and your motivation i got out of bed and went to the gym !!! I felt sooo much better and my inches are down ( i take my inches every sunday morning) so thank you all for the support here !!!! Amy

    Amy checking in +1 227... i have been working out 4 x's a week doing 2 hr classes for a week ...i do hope its muscle weight. i go to the dr on wed for my 2nd fill hope it helps out !!!!!

    I was doing soo great taking my pic one the day of surg and then once aweek after that...well my daughter took my camera off to school didnt want anyone to see my pics of me in my bra and underwear so she deleted all of them !!! so now I have one from 2 weeks after surgery and one from this week !! gato love kids Amy
  6. I love this post. i must say i have never looked at the wls in some of the views you all have... Vicky glad it all worked out for you ! i was total opposite i told everyone so i would hold myself accountable.i knew i had to work it right so people wouldnt look at me as if I failed. but i think it is helping me with my wl... also do any of you have a DO NOT EAT LIST? i do and then i read on here what some people are eatting... caffeine,carbonation alcohol, coconut,steak,pasta,bread, take a multi vitamin everyday and calcium citrate totaling 1000-15000 mg everyday plus the 70 g of protein and 64 oz of water...... what is on your do not eat list? I get alot of things stuck. i was stuck for over 2.5 hrs and was about to call the dr when I got it to come out. after getting stuck real bad my belly will hurt for up to 2 days. i only had one fill and that was back in feb with 1.5 cc's and i wont get another because I get everything stuck !! i have to learn to chew and eat slowly first....hard lesson for me. but yes i hurt after a stuck episode...     Amy checking in and WHOOOOT WHOOOT i am down 225 that is -2 lbs past my goal !!!!!!!!! i am happy ! my first big goal after surgery dosnt look like i will make it but i am going to try my heart out next challange for it.... I said the day after surgery dec 13th i wanted 60 lbs lost by Easter... that leaves me 19 to lose in April....... Bring it on !!!!!! Thanks joan, Amy

I use my fitness pal to track all of my food intake. they said over 14oo i cut it down to 1200 and i only take in about 900 everyday. i work out 3 times a week for 60 mins at the gym. my weight loss has stoped !!! i have been stuck at the same weight for 3 weeks.... i dont know if I should try to take in more calories ...any advice would be helpful !!!     I have to say a big thank you again !! yesterday was my birthday and it SUCKED... so tonight I looked at my goal and went to the gym !!!!!! I did water workout for 45 mins and I felt GREAT !! thank you.. if you didnt do this challange i dont think i would have went.....i am so motivated i am going in the am for another 45 min water work out !!! thanks Amy ps I made reservations to alantic city for the weekend to celebrate my birthday

    Carnation Instant Breakfast?

    i was giving a recipie for a protien shake by my dr and it has CIB in it. the shake is 28 grams of protien and I LOVE it !! 1 cup skim milk 4 tablespoons not fat dry milk one pkg of CIB sf 1 tablespoon of creamy peanutbutter if u want to add 1/2 banana he gave me a book with over 30 diffrent high protien shakes to make... this is my Fav... i drink it everyday for breakfast. I know they dont like you to drink your food but I had one fill and meat dosnt go down. so i do this so my hair dosnt fall out if you need anymore let me know Amy

  23. thanks I will let you posted. i see the Dr march 9th and I dont know if I want a nother fill... this stuck thing HURTS like hell and throwing up is getting played out... I dont go out to eat cause scared todeath.. i am going to talk to him to c .... i am happy my weight and iches are coming off.. went down a bra size and cup size !! people are noticing now.. it all good that way !
