I don't have any coffee restrictions except for sf requirement. I wish I could give it up; right now mine is the watered down version, the family calls it hot brown water. -

forgot to mention, I may be scared all the way up to the surgery 9/21, but, I won't let Fear stop me...keep moving forward cause we have a bigger goal to achieve. Funny thing, my hubby has decided to some type of "diet" along with me to help us both be accountable to each other. -

I just changed to Dr Reilly. Just called insurance and found out I was approved; anxiously waiting for True Results to call for confirmation ad get me scheduled.

I had my last med supv visit last week; now waiting for insurance approval. Hoping for Sept surgery real soon! -
What is DVT?

My plan was to do everything I can to get in some kind of shape before the surgery. I joined the gym and got a personal trainer in March. Now, I exercise 6 days of the week; one of those days is water aerobics which is my fun slacker class. I'm hoping this will help somehow. I just can't stand the idea of stopping for a long time; hoping I can get back to my routine 2 weeks after the surgery.

I sit at a desk for 8 hours. My plan was to take 6 days of work off but start teleworking from home perhaps by day 4.
