Hi, i'm 10 day's in my L-Deit,and have 12 day's left. (optifast and water). Don't know why he put me on so long for everyone else only has 2 weeks. If i have a little tomato soup (campbells) say 1/2 cup will that hurt me having surgery on November 4th?? Need my tomato fix!!!:smile2:
