Oh I really feel for you. You might want to consider going to another pharmacy (you'll pay a lot more) for just one or two months if you can afford it to see if it would get you through this beginning part. It seems to me any extended release pill would also have a regular one with three times a day dosing which you could just chew (with a flintstones vitamin for flavor!) like I do! Good luck, fri
