Feeling great got good news when I went to the doctor. I have lost 20 pounds and on the road to losing 20 more by 11-23-2010.

I'm 4 weeks post op and I feel like I'm not losing any weight. Can anybody tell me why I feel like this?

I had my surgery on 9/15/2010 and my first fill is on 9/25/2010. I hope I will start to lose weight.
