I actually just switched surgeons today (about an hour ago, oy!) so I don't really know who my new doc is... I switched because my old surgeon wanted $10,400 up front, NOT including fills, and I just switched to a new place that is $9,900 with free fills for one year. So I'm excited about saving some money and my surgery. lol

I'm pretty sure my diet will be starting December 9th as well. But I think I'll be having mostly liquids and one real meal (very low fat and calorie) a day. So it'll definitely be hard but more manageable that way.
