I'm big, struggled to lose weight for many years, never have been slim except when a child. I"m just thinking of this for now. No definitel plans.  I don't want to do this unless I can say I have absolutely tried (and to be honest, I've not changed my eating habits nor exercised, so guess I haven't really tried).  But keeping options open esp since my friend is set for surgery in November.
