    I'm new here. I usually reside over at Obesity Help. Just found this site. I'm Kristen, 36 years old. I was banded on February 3rd, 2010, the same day my husband was. I have lost 39 pounds of 88 total. Starting weight: 225, current weight: 186, goal weight: 137. I just ran my first 5k on Saturday. The couch to 5k program really works!
