Hey there :-) How are you doing? I hope all is well.... I need some Lap Band Wisdom :-) LOL! My banding date is a few days away, 11/17 and I'm on my 5th day of the liquid diet.... I am doing okay. Protein shakes, chicken broth, sugar free Ice pops, water, jello and yogurt! Thats my life right now.... Do you recall your experience post op?

Hello Shonette :-) I have not been banded yet. I belive my appointment is for Nov 17 or 19...... next month! yikes! Thank you for befriending me. I know I'll have questions on things that will go on regarding the lap band. so its comforting to know that there are people like yourself who can offer advice!
