Don't be hard on yourself, read my journey and you will see you are not alone. i have been banded for 2 yrs. it can be a lonely journey with people always judging you but at some point we have to wake up and say what do I want for a quality of life. I am using miralax once a day and just bought some activia to try and also some apple juice, trial and error lol.
