Starting the 5 day pouch test today. I know without a doubt that I have not lost restriction, but I have been eating poorly for the last few weeks so I am using this to get back on track.

Staying on track today. So far.

Terribly tired. Not getting enough sleep at night.

Thanks! I'm having my surgery on July 28th. Just had my pre-op blood work done today. SO EXCITED! The only question I have right now is what should I buy for post op? I know I will need some gas-X strips and a pill box, but not sure what else.

That's great that you got your approval! I'm doing good. Have lost about 8lbs since surgery but the hunger beast has hit me and its getting harder. Can't wait for my first fill.

That's Great!! Keep up the good work! I lost 5 on the pre-op and 5 since surgery, and 12 during the 6 months doctor supervised diet for a total of 22. Can't wait til it starts coming off faster.

Time to get myself motivated again. I have not been on track since the holidays> I haven't gained a single pound, but I haven't lost one either. Still at 196-197 since November. Play time is over cause swim suit season will be here before I know it.

Today is my daughter's third birthday! She's getting so big.

Wow! I just ate a slim fast peanut butter crunch snack bar and it tasted just like a Butterfinger!! So good!
