Just found out the length of the track I have been walking and happy to know I've been putting in 2 miles a day. But now that I know how long it is, I may try to get more than 2 miles in especially on the days that I get off work early.

I have deciced to back off on the Lean Cuisines. They are delicious and great for my schedule, but they are too high in carbs. Most all of them include some type of pasta or bread and we are supposed to stay away from that stuff. Maybe that's what has been causing my plateau? Going to stay away from them for a while and prepare my own meals and see if that helps.

I haven't seen the scale move at all in about 3 weeks now. Maybe I should do liquids for a day or two? I'm only 12 pounds from onderland and getting impatient to see it.

Wow! I just ate a slim fast peanut butter crunch snack bar and it tasted just like a Butterfinger!! So good!
