hey there- the pre-op diet is going well.....i have lost 2.6 pounds since thursday (and it's only saturday). I will have my nutrition class and upper GI on Tuesday the 6th and pre-admission appt. at the hospital on the 7th. I live in Dallas. Where do you live? Im glad to hear that you have been doing so well since surgery and that you lost 42 pounds prior!!! that is wonderful. I've lost 18 total up to this point and I too want to stick to the letter of the program....you are right that we have come too far to not make the most of this new opportunity.
