I read your encouraging words on a blog earlier and I noticed that you and I are in about the same place. I am 5 10 and weigh 304. I was thinking maybe we could keep intouch and be supportive to each other along our path. I too thought about bipass but went for the safer route. I had surgery on May 30th, so I am 6 weeks out. My starting weight was 318! I haven't lost much.
