    Let's Talk Sweets! Yummyyyy Goodness

@Mspretty86 they are effing amazing! if you put them in the freezer it tastes like a 3 musketeers, the middle is fluffy like marshmallow and the outside doesn't taste like fake chocolate. My daughter is now eating them as a snack during day. It has great macros too. I have only tried the Brownie and coconut ones so far.

    Heart Palpitations?

Think it would be best to head to the hospital. They usually see you pretty quickly if it’s anything related to your heart (well they do in Australia). Better to be sure it’s nothing than it to be something & not know. All the best.

    Do I have a hernia?

So just to update I never did ask the Dr because I had a lot of real medical stuff come up that took precedence however, I am sitting here in bed after my shower sans clothing because I am pooped and taking a break first. Anyways, no clue why but I was just playing with the hard spot where my belly button ring used to be and realized that the hard spot I was speaking about earlier is way softer now. I think it was just scar tissue and it’s softening. Strange how it felt like something so big in there. So for anyone reading this who may have something similar, get something scheduled to get it checked out of course but if it doesn’t hurt it is likely to be scar tissue or something else that just goes away 😂

Forgot to add that the constipation was probably worse than any surgical pain. If your surgical team hasn't already communicated a plan to you for dealing with the constipation, talk to them ASAP. It's not nearly as bad if you stay ahead of it, but God forbid you wait until it's really bad!

    What to expect during recovery?

I also had no nausea. I think the pain I had was mild compared to many other surgeries I've had. Probably the worst thing was the surgical gas pain. This is not pain in your intestines like some people think. It's from the CO2 or Nitrogen that they inject into your abdomen during the surgery. This will slowly be absorbed, but in the meantime, it puts pressure on your diaphragm and this irritates the phrenic nerve. This can cause referred pain into your shoulder that can be pretty painful. They'll tell you this, but the best thing to do is move!

In other groups I'm in @AmberFL they rave about them! One chic said she had to refrain from buying them she was finding herself eating more than one a day. Another one said they TAsted like cardboard or chalky to her. You like them?

I did it! Made it to Onederland

I did it! Made it to Onederland. Feel relieved but not losing my focus! Also had to buy some new clothes already! Pants were sagging. Yay! Ahhhh! I'm so glad I got here! 198.4. :::sigh::: Haven't been here since probably 2014. Long time! I just want to keep going. I keep changing my final goal though. How will I even know what I want? Been heavy since age 3.5 years old. How did you choose a goal weight? I go between 124 and 140. LOL. I'm 5'3". I have been 155 before as an adult but still felt big around my belly and hips so need to definitely go further. Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this! 💗

I recommend cycling! Mostly because I'm obsessed and I want to share my obsession, but also it's a method of transportation/form of exercise/easy to get into if you are out of practice. You could also cycle at the gym. Also, I really love doing pilates and yoga. You can do it in your own home, you just need a mat and a youtube video.
