I second that - safe travel and comfort in Mexico honey. Tomorrow will be one full week of liquid diet. I may be imagining it, but I am sure my bra cup seems a little looser 😂. I'm going to brave it and step on the scales tomorrow morning......

Sorry my phone is doing it’s own thing As I was saying this journey is individual to each of us. Many are experiencing protein burnout, being waterlogged and other temporary bumps and snags. I've lost 159lbs & I PROMISE you, loose skin while being thinner is better than being obese ANYDAY

along the same lines as others have said, even though I eventually had my loose skin removed, I would have taken that any day over being morbidly obese again. No brainer. ANY FRICKIN' DAY!

My surgery is on June 5th. I pray that this is the right decision and that I will be healthier. For me it was between this surgery or heart surgery so the choice was clear. I am excited and scared at the same time.

not a weird non-scale victory but a huge non-scale victory nonetheless i fit in airplane seats :D i’ve been STRESSING about this upcoming trip cuz i couldn’t afford first class seats or to buy the seat next to me and ive never fit in plane seats before. i kept googling ‘can size 16 fit in plane seats’ and i measured the seat width on my couch and sat between two boxes of the seat width but none of that eased my extreme anxiety that i wouldn’t fit in the seat. :( but i fit :D and i didn’t even need a seatbelt extender - another first! i’m on the plane right now flying over southern oregon and i’m so endlessly relieved that the only thing i was worried about was completely a nonissue 😊❤️

Technically, they should not even be asking in a professional environment. But, tell them an old gypsy touched your cheek and whispered “thinner”. Then walk away. That’s sure to get a laugh.

Joint issues are why I approached it as a short term challenge rather than a long term solution. It turned out I was able to do more running than I expected for longer than I expected. But ultimately I couldn't sustain running as long as I wish I could and still wish I could. We each are forced to live our own lives, after all. Good luck, Tek
