Is the sneezing a food allergy

2 tiny chicken wings and I’m sneezing uncontrollably until I vomit. It’s not just chicken wings, it’s everytime I eat almost like now I’m allergic to food. The internet says overeating out eating too fast but only 2 flats eaten slowly and it’s still happening. And the hot flashes, why? I’m starving, I’m thirsty and everything in between.

    Taking meds post op

Yes it does get quicker and easier, we all take a different time to get there though. I am still in the habit of breaking up my largest tablets because I would hate to get them stuck, they taste vile. The early days seem like a chore, it seems like it is drink eat and repeat all day. Congratulations on your progress so far.

    Is this a stall?

My "3-week stall" started at week 2 and lasted a month. Just keep doing what you're doing and trust the process. This is the first of MANY stalls that you will have. If the scale drives you crazy, you're on it too much.

    Getting nervous and scared.

Being nervous and scared is normal. This surgery is a big deal. Whenever I heard about a scary complication, I researched the treatment for it. There's really no complication that can't be treated, if caught in time. Also, quit torturing yourself. Stay off the sites that are causing you grief.

So tired - 2 months post op

It's normal to experience fatigue after bariatric surgery, especially in the first few months as your body adjusts to the changes. The amount of rest and sleep you need may change, and you may feel more tired than usual. However, it's important to listen to your body and not push yourself too hard. It's possible that your energy levels may improve as you continue to heal and recover from surgery. It's also important to make sure you are getting enough protein and other essential nutrients, and to stay hydrated. Talk to your doctor or dietitian if you have concerns about your energy levels or nutrition.

    Surgery Tomorrow 2/1/23

should be fine. Although one possible caveat - tomatoes are pretty acidic, which may or may not bother your stomach being this early out (further out it likely won't, though)

    Weight loss stalling?

I think it is safe to say that EVERYONE hits stalls. It's frustrating, but happens to everyone. Lots of adjusting going on in your body, so your system has to catch up.

So tired - 2 months post op

I had a slump about three months after surgery. So so tired. Remember walking on my treadmill (thought it was about time I did something more physical) & struggling to keep my eyes open. Thought I was going to fall off & hurt myself. Went upstairs and napped. Can’t recall how long it persisted. I went back to taking a diluted bottle of hydralyte with me to give me an energy boost if I needed it. Never did get back on my treadmill 😁😁.
