    Good news is, once you're at a normal weight you'll get a lot less questions. And if I do get asked, my answer "I have a small appetite" doesn't get the side eye that it did when I was heavy.

    Just a thought, but your leg cramping may be from dehydration especially if in the calves. As for as cravings, a sugar free popsicle or pudding might satisfy your sweet tooth. Also I used to snack before bedtime, now I substituted that habit with a nice hot decaf green tea. It has worked for me. Remember, craving are really only in your head.

    how did surgery save you money?

    My sushi bill at restaurants. Major savings. Before I could (and did) easily spend over $100 buying sashimi and/or sushi at a restaurant. Now I get full on either 3 pcs of sashimi or 3 bites of sushi (not even $15 since I can't finish a roll).

    I doubt it. Do your best. This will change after surgery as the amount you can take in goes WAY down and your cravings will likely disappear.

    Show her the label so she can see for herself they are sugar free and low calories/carb. Congrats on your surgery. Good to see you are following your plan despite the additional stress. From what I know, popsicles are a great way to get hydrated. Whatever works. They offered them to me at the hospital (also offered coffee lol but that's for another thread).

    My sister's birthday is the 22nd. Good luck on your surgery. Time is moving so fast now. What is your pre-op diet? Have you started it already?

    Pic # 1: what i initially made for myself to eat. Pic # 2: what i made for myself to eat upon realizing that my unattended avocado toast plate was polished off. seriously, its getting annoying. do i need to start putting my name on things??? geez. Pic # 3: Calorie break down of #2: 226 cals of avocado, tomatoes, pate and cheese. ate it all.
