    Regrets ?

No regrets whatsoever! I’m just almost 2 weeks post op. I’ve stopped taking many medications and lost about 20 pounds.

    Regrets ?

More than three years out, and my only regret is that I didn't do it years earlier.

    6/6 Pre Op Liquid Diet

Today is day 7 of pre op diet, I am no longer dealing with hunger pains. I do get a little lightheaded if I try to do anything to physical, ie. help move the dog house, and stairs suck. I am down to 254.9 so I have lost 7 lbs. How is everyone doing with their pre op liquid diet? What is your surgery date?

    1 year post-sleeve -- no regrets!

You have done so well. Thank you for the encouragement. Please may I ask whether you are still losing weight a year out or whether you're done now? Did you decide what your final goal was or did your sleeve decide for you??

    Blah...my first stall...

Yeah, everyone defines a stall differently. Personally I use at least “1 week of consecutive days of non-weight-nor-inches loss” as a definition. I mean, I could drop a good 2 lbs with a nice poop (i pooped every 3-4 days - sometimes even longer than that - back in weight loss phase, so that made sense) …and yes, I used to weigh myself before and after poops cuz it was fun for me 😂) What some people consider stalls, others call daily fluctuations. But however you define it, just keep on trucking, and aim to keep the anxiety at bay. Remember: stress (i.e., cortisol) has a positive correlation to weight gain (i.e., increased hunger and over-eating) Good Luck! ❤️

    Sex after sleeve surgery

My husband and I waited til week 3 or 4 when my incisions no longer hurt and my stomach didn't feel tightly sewn up inside. We obviously still went easy with it and doggy style worked out great. As silly as this sounds, beforehand, I was afraid that contracting my stomach muscles during orgasm would hurt or damage something but that wasn't the case at all. Hope you and your hubby have figured out what works for you!
