Yes! I still have them. Surgery was Dec 2. I take a muscle relaxer for them. I thought it was reflux at first but itβs a quick squeezing pin then goes away.
Does anyone else struggle with this? If I donβt struggle with anything else I definitely struggle with this. I donβt know why even after 5 weeks I have trouble reprogramming my mind to eat slower. I never paid attention to how fast I consume food until after surgery. I mean obviously I never had a reason to before now lol. All suggestions are welcome π€
I had my husband take photos of all three sides of me once a month on my surgery date until I hit maintenance 20 months later. I'm SO glad I have those photos! GooseyGirl is correct - you don't always see the difference month to month, but you can by comparing photos to ones that were taken three or four months earlier. Plus I love having the photo documentation of my journey!
Oh wow, what a difference! You look fantastic.
This reminds me - I took some photos the night before my surgery - I really need to update those. Won't be sharing them here though, sorry! Not yet anyway. π€£
I can't speak to the Baritastic app, but I've been using the free version of MyFitnessPal for almost two years, so yes, it is sustainable, and you don't have to get the paid version.
Buying clothes ALL THE FREAKING TIME. I'm a new convert to Goodwill and Ross Dress For Less shopping because otherwise I'll blow my income on clothing.
I'm cold ALL THE FREAKING TIME.
And it hurts to sit on my bony @$$ now.
