Iโm so glad you posted this question! I could use some help myself! Here are a couple exercises I was given by a trainer. They are 3x per week. 20 x 3 reps. I started with 5lb weights and moved up to 8. I had to you tube a few of them. They are lower impact but super effective.

This liquid diet really sucks- but I'm committed and I keep in mind that it is temporary! It's also a little stressful going to the hospital during the pandemic... Which I know is a lot - buuuut itโs a drastic calorie decrease.
You can always seek out a bariatric therapist and a nutritionist on your own and see them as needed. Of course you will have to pay but at least you know that is an option.
I'm thrilled for you that you now fit the seatbelts. However, no one should ever be ashamed or embarrassed to request a seat-belt extender. Just tell the attendant as you get on the plane. It will be very discretely delivered to you. Flying without a seatbelt is very dangerous.
