I really don’t even mind when my hubby eats junk food in front of me. I have had a slice of pizza and it actually made me sick to my stomach after a bite or two. I have found that when I am craving pizza, I take a few pepperoni and pizza sauce and put it on a cauliflower crust and call it pizza! I just improvise and find a new normal “junk” food . A few bites and I am full and that itch is scratched!!
The one thing I haven’t figured out how to improvise for is bubbles!!! I miss bubbles, but I have learned to love water.
