December 15th! Gastric Sleeve Surgery , i've been waiting for 2 years now!😄

How is everyone doing on pre-op diet? I am three days in and it has been really rough. Absolutely no energy.

I am also about a week out post op. I have found beef broth, chicken broth are soothing to my system and are fluid. And my hubby just brought me both beef and chicken bone broth, a little different twist on a regular broth and it took me a tad to get used to it but its super high in protein and counts as fluid. I have truly tried about every protein drink, shake and powder out there and find the Fairlife core power protein drinks actually tasty!! I figure since I stopping drinking Diet Coke its only right that its a coke company that get my cash

I hit my goal weight in May - 20 months post op. 100% of my excess weight is gone and I've now maintained for 6 months. Still a daily struggle to ensure I stay on track to stay at goal. But very happy with where I am!

Yes you'll be able to feel "full" quite quickly once on solids. But even then, don't wait for the full signal, keep your food quantity within 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup as prescribed by your nutritionist.

I am officially at the lowest weight of my adult life as of this morning! I've got a bit to go to get to goal but I wanted to celebrate this win! 🎉
