Will probably get slammed for this one... But... My birthday was exactly 1 month after my sleeve and I had a drink. Just one and I mixed Vodka with Diet Cranberry. Honestly, I was surprised that I didn't want more than one since I was a somewhat heavy drinker before surgery. It's very strange to me as someone who really enjoyed social drinking that I now prefer water over anything else.

Only chewable antacids? Nothing more effective on a script? Perhaps its time to see your surgeon or doctor. In the meantime are you sleeping on an incline? It may help along with ensuring no food 2 to 3 hours before bed.

I am going to Vegas in 2 weeks, I’m not a drinker but I’m sure I will want to enjoy some drinking. When is it ok to drink? I had surgery 7/14

I went to Dr Galileo Villarreal in Nuevo Laredo and my wife went to Dr Alvarez in Piedras Negras, both a nice drive from Houston, TX. Mine was done in a local hospital and hers was done in a dedicated facility with hotel rooms and whatnot. Both of our surgeries went very well with no issues. I’m down 84lbs since June and feeling great.

    Plastic Surgery Cost

To echo what @janc75 says, there is a huge variance between various surgeon's pricing. My most expensive quote was 3x's my least expensive. Although you don't want to make your decision based on price, there isn't necessarily a correlation between price and quality. The old adage of "you get what you pay for" is often untrue for plastics. I speak from personal experience. I chose the surgeon that had the lowest quote, and am extremely happy with my results. They are exactly what I had expected. I believe my highest priced quote would have given me great results as well. But my mid price quotes would have had inferior results IMO. I'm about to go in for a second round of surgery next month. I have gone down the rabbit hole with plastic surgery research. I can say I've seen amazing results from low priced surgeons and terrible results from high priced surgeons, and of course vice versa. So it just bore out to me exactly what @janc75 said, narrow on the results and experience you want, and then add price into the equation.

Stall are quite common anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks out, and again many times as you progress through the first year. Assuming you are following the post op guidelines set by your surgeon or dietician you will be fine, weight loss will catch up again soon. It's a good time to set some non scale goals to focus on. If you are concerne though you may want to check in with your dietician.

    Regained weight support

Welcome to the forums. You already know the solution, as you discussed in your post. So far, you haven't done it consistently. You know this is the problem. You need to figure out a way to do your plan consistently. Get rid of all those things you already know are you problem. Good luck, Tek

It more or less happens to everyone. I had surgery on 6/2 and my hair is falling out like crazy too. It should stop before the year mark.
