GL, I feel like a hammer has hit me on the head. Sunday's 24 h shift was beyond awful and one day of recovery is not nearly enough. I hate that jet lag feeling I often have after these shifts. Everyone deals with it but I doubt something's going to change. I'm leaving at the end of December. No more of this **** after that. Time to bring in the new **** then though, lol.
