Well I'm still using shakes mostly but I usually leave about 2-3 hrs between each shake or meal. I was able to drink a litre a day from very early now I'll drink like 3-4 litres a day and nearly 11 weeks out. Each shake is about 300mls of water and powder.

    gastric bypass side effects

Well thankfully that's extremely rare and you're more likely to die from obesity than on the operating table. That's great that you have a good support system - everyone going in to this needs that.

    Weird insurance question?

Yes, 30 days apart or a day more... My nutritionist said these submissions were very important to be a month apart. Insurance companies are pretty strict.

    gastric bypass side effects

I hear about gall bladder issues once in awhile on these boards, but I don't know how common it is. I would say most of us haven't had those.

    Surgery without anesthesia

Did you get your pysch eval yet? You're friends arent preparing you? It's not up to your friends to decide. If you can have anesthesia. It's up to the Dr. Lol. This isn't about pain tolerance. This is MAJOR surgery not a pipe up your butt. I think it's time to come back to reality.

    Daily Exercise Amount?

1 hour walking the dog at the very least 4 times a week (often before going to work). I do this more for my head than my body to be honest.

Keep in Mind, the ER Nurse is ONLY going to see those with issues. Those of us that have had absolutely no issues have not been to the ER.
