08/20/18 - weight 165.5 / bmi 25.9 / bmr 1602 kcals / fat% 17.4% / fat mass 29 lbs 08/16/19 - weight 149.5 / bmi 23.5 / bmr 1500 kcals / fat% 16.7% / fat mass 25 lbs desired range fat % 11-22 / fat mass 17-38.5 lbs just got back from my 2 year check up and wanted to post. The kcal drop has me worried and thinking i need to up the weights and trim back the cardio. Never saw myself as a person who cared for bulky muscles but the increased calorie burn from more muscle mass certainly wont hurt. New goal for the next year i guess.

    Discomfort while sleeping

You might want to call your surgeon and let them know what is going on and find out if this is normal or should you be concerned. Praying it isn't anything.

I ran acoss this video by Dr. V that I though would be helpful for you. He talked about water/protein & what we can use to get them in, how much & things we can do to switch up food choices. I even wrote down one of his go to recipes that I will try this weekend, Kale/tomato soup! Hope you are feeling a lot better today!!!

    Acid Reflux

I know a LOT of people who have been on them for years and are doing fine. Spoke to my Dr. about it yesterday and as long as you get your bones checked and your body is absorbing vitamins ect it is fine, better then getting cancer and not taking the PPI.
