I had surgery on 7/11. It went very well. I’m feeling great today. Kinda over this liquid diet - lol. Protein has been a little tough to get in- but instead of drinking it back to back I have opted to drink 2oz every hour on the hour and it seems to be working better for me today. And other than that I just keep sipping something - broth, jello, Gatorade 0, and water. 😊

    Weight Gain

I have also gained part of my weight back. I have gone keto for normal people and the admin wanted me to consume over 1249 calories. I couldn't. I went to bariatric keto and it was more reasonable. Now the difficulty is getting back on track and cutting all the crap out. My family keep bringing it back in the house and I get angry and eat it. My bad. So now i need to pull myself back to basics. Tomorrow is my start date.

I, personally, am not dating anyone until I reach my goal and after plastic surgery. I want to focus 100% on myself and this process takes a lot of dedication and time (for me, anyways) and I don't feel like I have the ability to focus or care about anyone other than myself right now in the way that I should if I were in a relationship. As far as just friendships, how you look shouldn't play any role in your friendships.

    start of 2 week diet

YOU CAN DOOOO IT!!!! WE can do it!! I’m so sorry you’re having headaches. I suffer from migraines myself, so I know how it is. I guess I have it a bit easier than most. I work nights (3 12hr shifts), so I spend a lot of the day asleep, and I’m not much of a night eater anyway. For me, my challenge is gonna be when I go to school (I’m a nursing student) and clinical on my off days. Everyone’s gonna be eating, and I’m just gonna be sitting there with my Jello and Protein shake.😩
