    Water!

Green , Herbal or Decaf Tea. Also try the Protein Waters chilled or my favorites Propel (Strawberry-Kiwi) or Nestle Splash ( Acai- Grape) plus don't stop doing an ounce, 2 oz tops with your baby medicine cups every 15 minutes. I still often do it THAT WAY, even at 10 months nearly. Will be 10 months July 5th, lost more than 120 pounds, a bunch of dress sizes, the size I am now is the size many Bari-pals start out at but I started with a 52+ BMI so I AM PROUD OF ME!

For those eating under 1000 calories

I'm aiming to be at 1000/day but more often than not, end up below it. Yesterday I got over 1000, but Saturday I did not, so here is what I ate that day. Note that "Breakfast" was at 12:30pm, and "Lunch" was 5:00pm. I was at a party for that second meal, and had prepared to eat lots but it didn't happen. Ended up 688 cals that day.

Question About Preparing for Post Sleeve

Ice cube trays to make post-op jello and pudding in. It is the perfect 4 bite size for when you are on the first 2 weeks post-op. Then at the dollar tree they have these like 3oz packs of 10 plastic containers with lids. Get a few of those I use them all the time. Again a perfect size to divide cottage cheese, tuna, or anything for when your back to work for portion control. Good Luck on your procedure...….

    Water!

All I can really drink is vitamin water zero, cut 1/2 and 1/2 with plain water. Everything else is too sweet and I STILL can’t drink water on it’s own
