Thank you :-) So empathise! Had another one I didn’t give in to the previous week. Drove myself to central Newcastle for a specialist appointment. Wasn’t without tension finding it, parking and getting done what I had to get done and really felt I deserved a ‘reward’. In my consultancy road warrior days used to regularly treat stuff picked up from service stations as somehow lesser calories cos I didn’t have much choice of places to grab food. So nearly swung into the McDonald’s that day, but pictured the nutrition charts and swigged down the drink instead. Starting to trust myself more :-)

    Complications?

I had my sleeve back in April 10th .. the only complication I really had was acid reflux.. I mean bad acid reflux.. everything else went great ,, no pain , back to work on 10 days but the heartburn was unbearable at times .. I’ve never eaten so many tums in my life .. I wish you luck and glad to hear things are getting a little better for you

Hi @GradyCat okay sooo I’ve just stepped on the scales again and it’s gone from 116.7 to 116.9 Kg. On the edge of a breakdown! How do I control this weight gain is it normal because I am seriously not even eating unhealthy or anything !

As long as it dissolves the jerky and not you. Remember the kids song " I Knew an Old Lady who swallowed a Fly" Sounds a little like it. But I hope things work out. before you need to go the E.R., mine would give me no chance to explain, cha cha cha!

Made it to the other side!!!!

G2 may not be the best choice for a drink, as each serving of 12oz has 7g of sugar, 8g of carbs. Gatorade now has G Zero, it maybe a better alternative as it has 0 sugars and less than 1g of carbs. Another I love is Powerade Zero. Congrats on your surgery.

I felt this way in the beginning. The first month I lost 40 pounds. The second month nothing. I finally an losing again and am at 52 pounds. I'm at 11 weeks. My weight loss has slowed way down and I'm losing about 2 pounds a week. I wish it was faster lol
